Refund policy

Fine Art Prints:

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. To initiate a return, contact us at info@melvynrobinson.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

In the unlikely event the product arrives to you damaged, please contact us immediately at info@melvynrobinson.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement free of charge.

Original Paintings:

All sales of original paintings are final. Please take the time to ensure that the colour palettes and sizes are suitable for your space before making a purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please email us at info@melvynrobinson.com. We will be more than happy to assist with a replacement or another solution.
